FAQs
What if I’m not “Fit” enough to join the classes?
One thing that makes Project 13 different is that we have refined our ability to work with people brand new to training within the group setting. We believe that one of the most important elements of how we do that is the culture. We often hear from people after their first visit that everyone was so welcoming and helpful. That’s not by accident. Our coaches establish the culture by making sure that everyone feels welcome and included regardless of their background. And as the membership has grown, they’ve seen us lead by example and act in kind.
All our members also know that at one point they were the new person. And because of that they want each new person to feel the same way they did when they first came in.
Don’t believe us? Hop on a call with one of our coaches or come check out a class.
I have an injury, is that something you accommodate?
Absolutely! As with the previous question, we believe in meeting people where they’re at and that includes any injuries you currently have.
We’ve learned over the years that almost everyone comes in with something; a slight shoulder tweak, an ACL repair, on and off low back pain, etc.
Because of that we know that we will likely need to adjust or scale some of the workouts to accommodate and we’ve become very good at being able to do that while still keeping people incorporated with the group.
I travel a lot, do you allow pauses on memberships?
Our typical client is someone that is career driven so we understand that life gets busy.
We allow 2 pauses per calendar year for 28-56 days for a fee of $25 per 28 days of pausing. We do this to allow members to keep their rate locked in the case that we increase our membership prices while they’re away.
Do you offer open gym?
We do not currently offer this service. It’s something we may consider for the future depending on staffing.
